The purpose behind One Agency Group is to help personal trainers and gym owners grow their clientele, increase their profits, and help them grow a successful business. We provide sales and marketing services for each business we work with so they can focus on what they're truly passionate about, which is coach their clients. The Founder
David Delgado is the founder of One Agency Group and a proven fitness-business operator with a deep background in marketing, sales, and systems-driven growth.

David’s career began on the gym floor. As a personal trainer, he built and scaled his own performance brand, Complete Athlete, gaining firsthand experience in attracting clients, closing high-ticket memberships, and running a profitable fitness business — not in theory, but in practice.

During the height of the pandemic, David signed 31 new high-ticket one-on-one and small-group clients in just a few months, fully booking his schedule. That success led to him being entrusted with overseeing marketing and sales systems for multiple trainers across two locations, where his passion for helping other fitness professionals scale their businesses was solidified.

Over the years, David has signed up 400+ clients across 30+ cities in Southern California, including high-ticket personal training and semi-private clients, while maintaining an 87% gross profit margin and 79% net profit margin— proving that growth doesn’t have to come at the expense of profitability.

Step one: Meeting with One Agency
This is where we discuss everything about your business up until this point. From the issues you're facing, your goals, and what you want the future of your business to look like. We go over current clientele numbers, revenue, profit, churn, the current tactics you're utilizing to get customers, and everything entailing in your business model.
Step Two: Strategize
Now, we create a road map and go over our plan to help you reach your goals. We choose KPI's which will best serve you and your business to help you achieve your goals. We will also discuss our strategy to help you reach new customers and the avatar you want for your business.
Step Three: Execute
We will now execute and take action on our first steps to scale your business. We will implement our marketing and sales strategies on our end to help you see the results and growth you've been looking for. We will have weekly meetings to go over our progress, send you daily recap emails, and give you all the resources necessary to help you succeed.
